What is the difference between Self-Serve and Expert Reviewed?

Self-Serve means you run the wizard yourself and get the same engine and published methodology behind every study we sell. Expert Reviewed adds a person: an accountant on our team reviews your photo evidence and signs the work. Nothing ships until our accountant signs off on it. Self-Serve includes up to 2 revisions included within 7 days of delivery; Expert Reviewed includes up to 5 revisions included within 30 days of delivery.

How is my residential price set?

By your property value. Both tiers use published brackets: Self-Serve runs $497 to $2,497, and Expert Reviewed runs $2,500 to $4,500. Drag the slider on this page and both prices update, no quote call. We confirm your final price on the engagement letter before any work begins.

What if my property is worth more than $1.5M?

Any property over $1.5M requires the Expert Reviewed tier. That is the self-serve cap. Larger properties also need a custom scope, so the prices switch to a book-a-call option. Book a short call and we will size the study and send a fixed quote.

What about commercial property?

Commercial Self-Serve starts at $1,497, and Commercial Expert Reviewed is custom. We are still bringing commercial online, so for both tiers, book a time to meet with us. We will scope the work and send a fixed quote.

What if I need a change after delivery?

Both tiers include up to 5 revisions. On Self-Serve, ask within 7 days of delivery. On Expert Reviewed, you get 90 days. If you need more changes after that, or the property facts have changed, we quote the extra work for you before we start it.

Is there a rush option?

Need it faster than 45 days? Ask us. If we caused a delay, the catch-up is free. If you shorten the deadline mid-study, a $500 rush fee applies.
